Sally has a wide range of experience in the finance sector, from banking to property funds management. Her most recent experience – in the last fifteen years – has been in helping new businesses to establish themselves.
With Sally’s qualifications in both accounting/commerce and property valuation, she has been able to provide a connecting role between finance and funds management teams.
Sally’s particular strength is her analytical skill. In all her roles at Lend Lease, Commonwealth Property/Colonial First State Property, Eureka Funds Management and Laing O’Rourke Australia, she has been involved with either building or reviewing and advising on financial structure and ensuring the financial models are validated.

- Investor relations and strategy advice
- Critical acquisition advice
- Advice on best practise fee structure etc.
Sally has provided advice and strategic support for fund managers – both listed and unlisted.
Prior to working in property funds management, Sally worked for HSBC in London. Hong Kong Bank bought Midland Bank and moved their head office from Hong Kong to London, and created HSBC Holdings. Sally was involved in setting up controls for all HSBC’s treasury and capital markets divisions globally.
